I went there only for the restaurant and I highly recommend the seafood casserole, it was stunning!!! The service was great and the hotel looked pretty nice, I definitely will come back to enjoy the full experience
The place is new and very well appointed. The service left too much to be desired. I mean personal was kind and helpful, it is more their business case which make not much sense: there is no staff to take your suitcase to the room, the restaurant open on limited times and has a limited fare (really, yesterday night there were only 3 meal options), you have to leave a deposit for "cleaning" ... But the place is lovely, very, very peaceful and quiet.
The hotel is located next to a cement plant. Waters are not the prettiest. And the view, well, it's not ideal. Also, WiFi is awful. Not functional for business people. Buffet menu is limited but good. And the pool for kids doesn't operate all day.
