We had an amazing stay at this hotel with the all-inclusive package. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, which made us feel welcome from the very first moment. The food was delicious and varied every day, with plenty of fresh options to choose from. The pool area was beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing, while the activities kept us entertained and added extra fun to our vacation. Overall, a fantastic experience — we can’t wait to come back!
It is approximately 2 kms from beach, so you should have your own vehicle for easy access, but then the beach parking is difficult in high season. in High season, the resort offer drop to beach and Genoa but we couldn't use it. I would suggest to use this place in high season
Outdated hotel rooms and everything was dirty. Had 2 spiders, a billion flies inside the room, and a giant mosquito in the bathroom because the staff decided to open the window in the bathroom. I killed them all. in addition, I FROZE to DEATH last night and woke up 5-10 times not kidding. They didn’t give us any blanket. JUST A THIN TOP SHEET. So disappointed. Horrible service as well. In my parents’ room, the air conditioner didn’t work and when they called the electrician up, they couldn’t even fix it.
