Locale Midtown Phoenix

This well appointed apartment for rent was perfect for staying close to the hospital while my mom was in recovery post surgery!! Great location for the hospital and some nice little restaurants that are within walking distance. I didn't explore too much but I found that even the little liquor/market store to be wel stocked and friendly. Regarding the apartment, one only needs to bring your own toothbrush and conditioner; otherwise, it has everything! Even a washer/dryer closet with detergent. I didn't get to take advantage of the amenities (pool, sky deck, pool table, lounge, or gym) but I truly enjoyed having somewhere to cook my own meals and shower in a place that felt like a second home.

I stayed at Locale on a solo trip for a conference and was a little worried about whether I would be close to anything since I was solo. It is a literal stones throw away from everything I needed. Good food, beers, and a dispensary :) Honestly the best solo trip place to stay

It’s the worst check-in experience. No way to get access to get in. It’s not a hotel they are apartments. The process is so complicated, and they don't give proper directions on how to check to ur room. Had to ask someone to help us out. Thankfully, the couple helped us out and walked us to the key vault. The refrigerator is dirty inside and out. The couch could of used a nice clean and vacuum all the hair off. The pillows on the couches had stains.
