Very pleased, its a beautiful hotel, very quiet, very clean and the rooms are comfortable. Apparently the hotel has recently changed hands with new management and staff. We have been here twice before and find a great improvement in the service both at the reception and the restaurant. Breakfast , which was a very weak point before is now very good with great coffee and it includes fruits, and diner is excellent. Great swimming pool. We recommend.
We stopped to sleep for one night. Beautiful and well-kept structure. Attention to detail. Room: Order and cleanliness. The shower has a hydromassage, to be used while sitting, I prefer to take a normal shower while standing but I was unable to raise the hose and therefore had to bow (certainly nothing serious, also because there was probably a way, but I was unable to find it). Very kind and friendly staff from the moment of acceptance. For dinner we stayed at the hotel restaurant, eating à la carte as dinner was not included in the package purchased. The dishes were good, prices normal. The only flaw was the slow service: however, the waiter had warned us before sitting down that there could be a wait due to the high number of customers. In the morning the breakfast buffet was very well stocked. After breakfast we went to the pool for an hour. Clean water and very relaxing atmosphere. In conclusion: very positive experience. Personally I would recommend the structure.
We stayed here for two nights, LUCKILY ONLY!! Anyone who is a traveler will agree with me in saying that in this hotel, the 4 stars are an understatement!! Everything needs to be reviewed, starting from the organization and management. Friendliness is ok, but guys who are novices and therefore not up to the level, in our opinion, of the service they would like to give. Terrible room cleaning, to say the least, comparable to a hostel! I can understand the rustic being difficult to keep dusted, but the wool that hangs behind the bed can be removed! Mosquitoes and flies, impossible to sleep with open windows, or dine outside. Our room did not have mosquito nets! Pre-war air conditioning, not working, reported but never fixed. Nice pool area, but broken sunbeds and obscene underground bathrooms! Poorly stocked bar, the guy who runs it is far too friendly and does wonders to please customers! Not a bad dinner, but almost! Ants in the windows, okay, and mosquitoes inside the restaurant too. In short, the setting is beautiful, the location is excellent, the structure is beautiful but I absolutely would NOT RECOMMEND it to anyone. Absolutely needs improvement!!
