Nice and available staff. Perfect location with easy parking close enough. No breakfast. Clean. Small fridge. One star taken from requiring online pre-registration with some 3rd party operation, I don't feel comfortable sending copies of my passport to some unknown 3rd party. I was able to do normal check-in in person just by informing it was no problem for them.

Stayed for one night. Be warned - The hotel entrance is just a door between two cafés. Very understated. Took us 15mins to find. - Also reception is only open till mid day then 18.00 to 20.00. If you arrive as we did at 16.00 when the temperature is 36° you have a bit of a wait. That said, once in the rooms were spacious and, thankfully, very cool. Situated around a central "courtyard"? (not sure, it seemed to be open to the elements). No time to explore the hotel as it's centrally located to explore Monza.

Room itself was nice and clean and definetly good location. In shower the water pressure was zero and it was quite difficult to wash my long and thick hair. Breakfast was served in cafeterian next to hotel and it definetly needs some improvement. It was one croissant or toast and coffee. And it was possible to choose juice or water but not both. That's it. No fruits, no eggs, no fresh veggies, etc what usually hotels or guesthouses offers for breakfast.
