Locanda Vivaldi

I recently stayed at Vivaldi Hotel in Venice, and while the view was absolutely breathtaking and the breakfast exceeded expectations, the rooms could definitely benefit from some renovation to match the charm of the surroundings. A special mention goes to Khadija, who truly made a difference with her warm smile and welcoming, friendly approach—she went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. Her hospitality was a highlight of our stay!

The location could not be beat. Random cheese, pants and medicine was found in the cabinets, pictures attached . Not the cleaning service you would expect. View was amazing and made walking very easy. The private boat dock is a big bonus

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment, mainly due to the terrible service. We booked a large, more expensive apartment through a booking portal, but upon arrival, we were given a cramped room that didn’t match what we paid for. The staff insisted that this was the room we had reserved, even though it was clearly not. Only after the intervention of a booking portal representative did we finally get the room we paid for, but that didn’t happen until the next day, which ruined part of our stay. Such a level of service is completely unacceptable – I definitely do not recommend this place.
