A Heartfelt Thank You and Warm Recommendation We recently returned from an unforgettable vacation in Indonesia, and we are still filled with gratitude for the incredible hospitality we received. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such kindness and genuine care that it made our stay truly exceptional. Every detail was perfect — the service was flawless, the food absolutely delicious, and the cleanliness of the place was impeccable. The beauty of the surroundings and the quality of the infrastructure added to the magic of our experience. We also had the chance to enjoy amazing, well-organized activities that made every day exciting and memorable. To anyone considering a stay here: we recommend it more than warmly. It’s a place where unforgettable memories are made, thanks to the dedication and warmth of the people who make it all possible. Thank you again for everything!
The rooms were fine, they had a very cave like theme and was kind of cool but the room we stayed in had a very bad wifi connection. The rest of the hotel has a cool vibe it has kind of a Santorini look with the white villas, but at 100$ per night it's not worth it, you're just paying for the view. The breakfast was very limited and fine but nothing special. It is a little out of the way from the harbor and was about a 20 minute walk to the dive shop we were diving with. The main pool was kind of murky, and they did have a other one but I think it was reserved for the people staying in one of 6 villas. Basically you're just paying for the views here, so if you're willing to do that, highly recommend.
Save your money and do not stay at this hotel. Use It for sunset drinks and get your photos as it seems pretty on the outside but it is all facade and is terrible value for money. We booked the deluxe double room only to find out it was two twins pushed together. We paid £100 a night for this room so was obviously not happy with this. It's also worth noting this room is tiny. The toilet is in a broom cupboard so small that it can't also fit a sink, the shower is in a cupboard next to it equally small. The room has no fridge. The balcony is on the road with out any chairs to sit at. The TV is tiny. I wouldn't usually be so picky but for £100 a night we cannot see where this price is reflected. The room was advertised on booking.com "with free benefit". We asked at reception what this benefit was and they had no idea what we were talking about so the advertisement is totally misleading in itself. Upon argument we were upgraded to a bigger room with a "double" which we discovered was also a twin pushed together but at this point didn't want to disrupt our holiday, time and energy further. During our time in this room it was cleaned: the bed was made and towels were changed but the room itself was not cleaned. Plates were not taken, empty beer bottles left out; we called reception and explained the room need further cleaning - when we returned from dinner the bed was neater but the mess of plates and bottles still out. It seems the staff at this hotel though lovely, need proper investing in regarding their training.
