Lodge 27 Resort & Spa Parking Private Hot Tub

Fabulous lodges with beautiful interiors, had everything we needed..we did have an issue with the heating in ours, it got really hot and despite turning the temperature down it didn't change anything..we were there for two nights and didn't raise it as an issue as we were too busy. Beautiful grounds, with wild Geese and their goslings wandering around freely around the lake..Would definitely go back and highly recommend.. A couple of issues that need fixing are the sauna was out of action and I heard the watersports team apologising for some other things that were unavailable. These things happen, but I do feel a refund for lack of some facilities should be offered a they are not providing a full service, which we are paying for.

Lodge 27 was perfect for intergenerational holidays. Great facilities for little ones and for grandparents. Outstanding furnishings and equipment plus a hot tub and plenty of outdoor space. Bliss

We booked via queenswood and Amy. We never will again, Appalling. When we arrived , the cleaners were still working, so late checking in I'm spider phobic so I checked behind the head board of the bed, dirty,not been cleaned in a long time, even a pair of swimming goggles behind there Sofas uncomfortable and dirty Freezer badly needs defrosting and has missing fronts to shelves I wouldn't use the dishes or utensils what there was of it Dish washer very smelly Down stairs shower runs warm but not hot, also goes cold when using it Both of the fans in the upstairs bathrooms don't work The down stairs tv in the lounge hasn't worked the entire week This was reported to the main reception and Amy, two people came to have a look, both said the tv needs replacing, Nothing was done Good bits nice outlook over water, quiet and peaceful,
