Perfect place to stay for families and friends. Lovely clean and tidy rooms and space for kids to play, plus a hot tub. 15 minutes away from Padstow and Newquay. Could not recommend more!

Stayed here earlier this summer, absolutely brilliant spot. Ideal for a weekend get away, close enough to padstow but nice to not be right on top of things. Perfect location.

Dirty toe nail clippings found on bedside cabinet, ead blue bottle splattered on the wall above the bed, cobwebs hanging from curtain poles, dried egg on kitchen utensil grease on kitchen handles, dirty cupboard full of crumbs, food stuff on the back of the dining chairs. Underwear hygiene sticker stuck on the bottom of an ornament. Rubbish left in the bin on the deck. Floors were dirty and sticky. The one mop was black. Windows were filthy. Furniture was old dirty and dated. Decking was full of bird poo old and fresh. Garden furniture was dirty. The downstairs bedroom had a musty smell and a damp smell in the cupboard, we had an 8 week old baby and was concerned about this. My daughter would not put her clothes inthe wardrobe she either lived out of the suicase and put some in our wardrobe. After a 12 hour drive to Cornwall. I had to clean this property before we could sit and enjoy our holiday. The cleaning management came and were embarrassed at what I had pointed out to her. She kept apologising. Yet when I complained to luxury coastal. They denied that the property was dirty or had a smell of damp not to mention the toe nail clippings dead fly. They said they were satisfied that the property had been thoroughly cleaned even after me sending them photos of the toe nail clippings fly splattered dirty windows.
