First time staying here and a lovely experience. They go out their way to try and make sure you have a wondeful stay. Reception team were great both before when asking questions about meals/ lift passes / tranasfers etc. Alwasy quick to respond and then during the stay they were always very happy to help. Again not something you get everywhere. Breakfast is awesome, the restaurant in the evening has a lovely atmosphere and food of a high quality. The service from the staff in the restaurant was better than anywhere we have experienced in the 3 valleys - thank you very much, greatly appreciated. Spa is also really good - clean and modern Nice to have a good boot room with boot heaters that actaully work and really good sized lockers. 75metre quick walk to the lift (2 lifts and you are right in the centre of 3 valleys) and if there is enough snow, you could ski back to door so ideal location for skiing depsite being at 1400m. Would have been nice to have afternoon tea / cake as part of the package which is often a social opportunity to meet other guests. There is a lovely lounge this could be done in. Maybe next year ...... ;-) Thank you looking after us.
We celebrated my daughter’s wedding over a 4 day period. Everything was perfect. The place, the amenities, the food and most importantly, the staff. They were professional but so warm and welcoming. Nothing was a problem and they all went above and beyond working long hours. Special thanks to Gilles, Monsieur Champagne and all the rest of the team that took such good care of us and made the occasion even more memorable.💋 Kat
Only came here for dinner and lunch, did not stay at the hotel. The menu outside of rush hours is very limited. The service is spotty (one Belgian waiter was lovely while another waitress was totally disinterested). The beers consistently came out barely cold, and our order was missing one item. The terrace is nice but really that’s about it. The location is good for skiers as it is right by the chairlift. The design is wooden modern and generally nice and cosy.
