I can highly recommend this hotel. Children are also welcome. The rooms are tastefully decorated and clean. The ambience of the hotel is appealing. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired!! Very friendly staff. Keep it up!!!!

Definitely recommend it. Very clean rooms, very friendly staff, and excellent food and drinks in the "Lotta" restaurant. The breakfast buffet is extensive and of very good quality. The spa and fitness area are appealing. We had a pleasant week's vacation.

Very nice hotel in a top location, almost directly on the pier in Binz, dog-friendly. Nice, modern furnishings, but the standard rooms are very small at 15 square meters. When allocating rooms, you could have made sure to give the larger room to the couple and the smaller one to the single person and not the other way around (there were three of us there), where both rooms were booked in the same category. The point deductions are for the check-in process, which was very lengthy and complicated. Despite previous email confirmation, the reservations for breakfast and the dogs were not made or were made incorrectly, everything is explained in too long and complicated a way, where as a guest you have already moved on. The introduction to the garages was also quite annoying. Recommendation to the almost rude employee: perhaps problems one after the other instead of trying to solve everything at the same time. The breakfast was really exceptionally extensive, there is nothing that is not available. Very nice, modern restaurant and the staff was also very friendly. The in-house restaurant is also recommended for pasta and pizza in the evenings. Conclusion: we would definitely come back.
