Loews Chicago O'Hare Hotel

Impressive hotel with friendly staff and massive amounts of convention space. I was there for the hotel and not a convention so I don’t know how parking would work for a large event. Given my experience with the parking garage, I could foresee parking challenges or, better, difficulty in many vehicles arriving or leaving at similar times. The hotel, excellent. Rooms are great. Temperature is great. Bathroom is great. Very clean. Hallways clean. Great gym. Very close to the outlets, easy two minutes walk. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay here. The room was comfortable, stylish, and spotless—exactly what we needed after a long day traveling as we utilized their reverse park and fly. The on-site restaurant was delicious, with friendly service that made us feel special. But what really impressed me was how they handled something I hadn’t even expected. I accidentally left my diamond bracelet behind when it fell off the nightstand. I realized it about an hour after checking out and called the hotel, expecting the worst. To my surprise, within the next hour, they had already located my bracelet, provided a tracking number for shipping it back to me free of charge. It’s rare to find that level of honesty, efficiency, and care. I highly recommend Loews Chicago Hotel and we will definitely be back!

We had our daughter’s wedding at this hotel and had guests in 60 rooms. We cannot say enough glowing things about our experience! The rooms were clean, spacious, light, and comfortable. The ballrooms were modern and held our setup perfectly. Above all else, the service was absolutely impeccable! From the highest level managers to the individual servers at each of our events through the weekend, we received royal tre
