Loews Coral Gables Hotel

Truly 5 star experience. This hotel went above all my expectations. I had a perfect experience. The staff were so nice and very professional. The room was clean and well designed. The thermostat was easy to use which is always a plus. The bakery had excellent coffee and pastries (berry croissant was incredible) and the food at Americana was top notch, both for dinner and breakfast. Also you can text a number to make requests, like I requested for some toothpaste to be brought to the room. It was so convenient! Beautiful touch. I highly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed.

The best hotel in Miami for hospitality and customer service. The GM and his outstanding team make sure every guest feels like a VIP and they add so much value to each trip with courtesies like assisting with difficult dining reservations and even remembering amenity preferences from previous stays. Service that is hard to find these days at any price point. 10/10
