Amazing all the way around! My husband has severe OCD and everything was CLEAN!!! We got a corner room with floor to ceiling windows and it was spectacular at night! The hot tub and pool were very nice as well!!!! The room had robes and nice bedding. Everything was very comfortable. We definitely will be coming back.
I was pleasantly surprised at just how nice this hotel was. It seemed that there weren't too many rooms that didn't have a nice view (but of course we only knew what we could see from the room we were in and assumed that the view was similar from other rooms facing the same direction.) It was very clean. The staff were friendly. The check-in process was quick, and we checked out using "Chat my service". The in-room service menu was a little limited, but the food was tasty. Although, I guess the caesar salad was a bit odd. The croutons tasted a little stale and It was my first time experiencing a salad made up of only romaine lettuce hearts. I probably wouldn't have ordered that if I knew what to expect. In any case, it was a very good experience and I expect that we will use this hotel whenever we get the opportunity.
First time staying at a Loews Hotel. I have stayed at a lot of hotel chains and this one is a top 5. I need to see another location to be sure of its accuracy. Friendly staff from check-in to check-out. One bartender wasn't cool, but the rest are fantastic. Can't let one bad apple ruin the bunch. Over all the staff is great, the location is walkable to a lot of good stuff, and there are lots of elevators so you don't wait long for one. That's always a plus! It's almost right next door to the convention center and performing arts center. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars was that it is what you'd expect from a larger nicer hotel. And the one bartender.
