Had an amazing stay at Loews Nashville! Received a room upgrade and multiple perks through the Chase Edit program. Great on site food options with amazing staff. My very kind restaurant servers remembered my orders from the day before and even had a to-go cup of my morning beverage waiting for me before I even asked. It was truly a 5 star experience from start to finish. So glad I stayed here!
This hotel was absolutely stunning and we had such an amazing experience from check in to check out. Right off the bat you’re met with elegant music city decor to welcome you to the Nashville vibes. The staff were incredible. Joy welcomed us when we got there, checked us in a bit early and even gave the option to upgrade the room for my friend and I. She was so sweet and accommodating. We had their amazing happy hour and enjoyed the breakfast, which was a lifesaver after a few long nights. Everything about our stay was simply perfect. This will absolutely be our go to stay any time we’re in Nashville.
Stayed here for a couple nights a little while ago, and I’m catching up now on reviews I never posted. The staff were incredibly courteous, especially to my disabled friends. The car I drove up was not particularly nice, but the gentleman helping with parking made me feel welcome and showed me where I needed to go. I was a hot mess that day so it means that much more that the staff were so considerate and helpful and great to talk to. Everything simply worked well. There were a couple of hiccups: the event we went to there was meant to have a couple of quiet rooms rented for people to take breaks from the festivities in, but one of them was locked. The other hiccup was that it was difficult to get my receipt: they couldn’t print it for some reason, and then they didn’t send it to my email for some reason, so I had to call a couple times to get them to send it. However, these issues were incredibly minor. I really liked the various spaces they have for events, the food the hotel provided for lunch was good and fresh, and it was nice to sit outside by the fountain in the evening and chat with friends. Some hotels of a similar caliber seem to treat me a bit off if I don’t show up looking my best after a day of travel, but arriving here felt like actually coming somewhere welcoming and a bit luxurious to rest. Added bonus: it’s close to The End. My final note, not an issue that’s their fault at all: these days, sometimes it is tough to get ahold of food at night in this area for some reason. Even late night pizza places close early. It’s been this way in a few places in the Nashville area throughout the 2020s, so I’m trying to make a habit of bringing food places. I stay up late, so I often outlast hotel food service before getting hungry. If you are a night owl and you find yourself here on a quiet evening when everything is closed, my condolences. The staff laughed with me about my situation and made me feel better when I came back from a failed walk to find food, after two failed attempts to doordash.
