We had the absolute best experience at The Royal Pacific! The hotel was stunning in every sense of the word. Staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The pool was a major win for our family and we especially enjoyed the poolside drinks and food! The hotel had multiple modes of transportation making it very easy to get to each of the Universal parks. We especially enjoyed taking the water taxi and strolling along the water for a short walk over. It was incredibly convenient and easy to access. Of course the big draw for us was the access to the Express Pass. Standing in any line in Florida heat with an 8, 5, and 2 year old is miserable. These passes were a lifesaver for our family and made every cent completely worth it! Such an incredible experience and we can't wait to go back!

We stayed at Loews Royal Pacific in Orlando and were immediately impressed thanks to Noah, the team member who checked us in. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful — the kind of first impression every hotel should aim for. Noah made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and set the tone for the rest of our stay. The room itself was comfortable and had a nice layout, but it’s starting to show some wear and could use a bit of refreshing. Even so, it was clean and well-kept during our visit. This was especially appreciated because the lobby was undergoing major construction during our stay, making it quite noisy and inconvenient to get to and from the elevators. Despite that, Noah’s warm demeanor and excellent service more than made up for the less-than-ideal surroundings. If you’re staying at Royal Pacific, I hope you get to meet Noah. He’s a shining example of hospitality done right.

This is my second time staying at this location and it’s a huge downgrade from 14 years ago. The location is great. The hotel 100% feels like a budget location. - Room had a small amoung mold/broken shower sprayer. CS assisted in a small discount off one night and offering to move rooms. It was easier for us to have them come clean/repair. Not upset with CS response at all, however the fact the room was prepped and initially given is questionable. - Rooms being cleaned during the day is not the best - Pool is nice - Weight room/lockers are dirty - There is a significant amount of (sometimes loud) construction happening in lobby and hallways. This was not disclosed to us. Rooms absolutely should be discounted if you decide to book here. - There is no complimentary breakfast/coffee/ nothing! -Express passes included is nice and really all that makes the hotels worth it. They should also be able to be used at epic though. Staff are all very nice and really trying to do their jobs.
