All I can say this is definitely one of the best hotels that we have stayed at. All of the associates were friendly and personable. They have an on site shop that has some nice merchandise from bathing suits, clothing, and drinks to medicine for everyday ailments. The hours were 10 to 6 but there was a sign saying to get with the front desk if you need anything. They have 3 restraunts on site. We had room service which was quick, hot and great tasting. They have a breakfast card that you can hang on your door by 2 am and they will bring it to your room by the time selected. They have a wonderful voice pond, a trail to an 80 ft waterfall, the porches are great in the evening to sit out on . If you get the mountain view like we did the lights for the pool and area below are not bright and will add to the ambiance. They also had low playing music from the restaurant that added to the experience. All and all we would definitely stay here again and probably will be staying again next month. All the little extras really make this a wonderful experience.

We stayed at Loews for a single night to attend a convention event and brought our disabled adult son with us. Upon arrival, front desk clerk Aaron (from Tucson, AZ) not only checked us in promptly but also offered us an accessible room (not necessary, but thanks) without our even having requested that perk. :) He also gave us many details about what features were available for our stay. Bellman Saif (from Baghdad, Iraq) went far beyond the service we have received from bellmen at other hotels. He transported our luggage to our room, which was located down a confusing array of hallways. He showed us how everything in our room worked. He filled our ice bucket. He even guided us to the pool - another confusing thing to find at this massive property. He was extremely helpful with every detail and was always available whenever we needed him. We travel extensively. This is a beautiful property, but a well maintained property is not as important as good service. The service here was top notch. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to others.

I had a company retreat here, and it was a super nice experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The doormen would open the doors for us, the front desk would ask if we had any questions, and the cleaning staff was very friendly and polite. The rooms are amazing! The bathtubs were huge! They're large enough to fit two people comfortably. The beds are decent, although there were stains on some of the bedsheets and pillow covers. The room had a beautiful balcony view of the backyard (and the balcony was very cute, but I didn't use it because it was too hot). There's a small walk leading to a waterfall at the back, and the general backyard area is nice and shaded with a decently large pool, plenty of lounging chairs, and some scenic plants and streams to observe.
