Here is what I loved about the place and a few things worth knowing. Place is perfectly located, 5 minutes walk to the beach, large groceries nearby like Migros and Carrefour, parking space is always available. Rooms are large and clean, furniture is all new. Kitchen is more or less equipped with basic stuff, however if you planning to cook something beware that you will need to by all basic products like salt, sugar, tea, oil etc. There is also no cutting board and proper knifes. So basically kitchen is more for storing food and to reheat some existing food, not for cooking. We had to buy the whole bunch of things to be able to cook and give up most of it of wasted at the end of our stay. Otherwise, as I said the experience was great! I would stay there again with no questions.

Place is good, but a bit used. Overall I enjoyed my stay and found apartment quite comfortable. PS I wouldn't recommend room on the first floor because lobby can be quite loud.

We had significant problems during our stay at Loft85 that the host was unable to resolve effectively and fast. The apartment was not properly cleaned when we arrived (trash, grease stains in the kitchen, cigarette butts in the balcony) and we discovered a dead bird outside the window. Furthermore, we had no hot water for two days, a basic amenity we counted on. First day we were left like this, at least the next day the host offered to shower in another apartment… Overall apartment really needs renovation. Despite reporting these issues, the host was dismissive. The lack of urgency and enmphaty of the host for these real inconveniences made the stay poor value for the price.
