Nice accommodation for family if you have to make a stop in your trip. It is really close to the highway exit. Good cleaning in the room and nice space even if you are in 4 with children in the same room. Very polite and available to help personal. Recommended to have a break a continue your trip the day after

This is NOT a four star hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were treated as though the staff had to be there and didn't want to be there. It was very hot while we were in Lyons, and our room was stifling when we first arrived. Although they advertise that they had air conditioning, it turned out that it was regulated not to drop below 25 degrees C, which is 77 degrees F and the thermostat in our room was set at 30 degrees C, 86 F. They didn't tell us that until it was too late to go elsewhere. Also, the room was large, but filthy. There was mold in the shower, and the shower curtain was also full of mold, as you can see in these photos. It couldn't have been washed in over a week or more. The toilet had not been cleaned for even longer and had slime and grime all inside the bowl, also seen in this photo. Mold was coming out of the vents, as you can see in this photo. Additionally, if you are a medium or large person, the door to the WC will not close! There is a very small amount of space between the toilet and the door such that your legs stick out beyond the door. Again, see the photo. There is a restaurant in the hotel that was mediocre. The waiter was rude. I asked, in French, if he would mind bringing the wine bottle so I could take a picture of the label, and he abruptly refused and spoke so fast that I couldn't understand him. He said he would bring a small salad and brought a large one instead. The sauce on the main dish tasted like it came out of a bottle of salad dressing, as seen in this photo. This place was so bad that we canceled our second night and left. If you have a choice, go elsewhere. This place is not worth the money at all. It should be a one-star hotel, certainly not a four star!

The hotel, which I had the opportunity to visit again after 11 years, was a disappointment for me. The reason is that no updates have been made. The silicones on the side of the bathroom are black, the toilets are dirty, they even changed my room because the toilet was dirty. The breakfast was poor.When I said there are too many bugs in the rooms, they said we can't prevent it and they delayed it. So sorry but need some changes
