We stayed at L’Oliveraie de l’Atlas as a family to celebrate my father’s 70th birthday and had an unforgettable experience. We rented the entire riad, and everything about the stay was truly exceptional. What made the trip stand out was Nicolas, the owner. He was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help us plan and organise a series of special activities to celebrate my dad. His attention to detail and support turned a great trip into something truly luxurious and five-star. Without him, the experience would have been entirely different. The staff were equally wonderful—kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The property itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. Nicolas has created something very special here. I travel to Marrakech about four times a year, and it’s incredibly rare—if not impossible—to find this level of quality at such a fair price. I couldn’t recommend L’Oliveraie de l’Atlas enough.
This is a fantastic experience that deserves 5 stars. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with beautifully decorated traditional interiors. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is very good. It is a bit outside the city, so it's quiet and relaxing, but still close enough to explore easily. It offers the perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility to the city's attractions. Highly recommended!
I wouldn't recommend at all. We found 4 dead cockroaches in our room over 2 days. There was no-one to check us out in the morning, and when we complained, we were screamed at down the phone by the manager who said this is what we should expect coming to a hotel in Africa (we've spent a week in Marrakesh with zero cockroaches in any other hotel). Breakfast was sub-par, the dinner food was ok, and the service was not ideal. Couple that with the vermin and the shouting, you won't be seeing me here ever again.
