This is the second time staying here and it won’t be the last. The property has a variety of different rooms available. The condo/ room we have stayed at were both great! Rooms come with everything inside such as pots, dishes, utensils, towels, and etc. Upon arriving at the property they have a check in area/staff. Which were friendly each time we encountered them. Everything is provided in an email so be sure to read through it throughly. Bracelets are to be worn when being in the property, and a parking pass provided. Plenty of parking throughout the resort. There are two pools (1 located at when driving in, and 2 towards the back). The pools were very clean, and well taken care of, but they do close at 10pm with an attendant to make sure everyone is out on time. Plenty of grilling areas with seating around the resort. They have tennis courts on the property as well. You can access the beach going over the bridges provided (limited night lighting).
What a great place to stay. Close to shops and the beach. Cute cottages with everything needed to have a great vacation. Definitely will be coming back. Having a golf cart included was a bonus as well as BBQ grills. The pool area and grounds are beautiful and well kept.
Beautiful place but was very disappointed.... Sunflower Beach Resort Sunrise 705 First Night 1. Fire Alarms🚨 going off from 1am - 3am to which we had to wait for someone to come ... batteries were replaced and the man was generous enough to stick around to make sure the issue was fixed. Within 10 minutes the alarms 🚨 went off again. The man did something with the breaker to turn the Alarms 🚨 OFF. Morning came and by 9am the alarms 🚨 were going off again. A new crew was sent out and all alarms were removed from the house. Alarms were uninstalled and taken out completely. Day 2 2. Texas Property Code Section 92-251 violation. 3. Upstairs fans and the Air Conditioning were not working. Both were reported to both the emergency line, email (I believe), and the onsite property office. Second Night 4. Air conditioning was still not working. The Emergency number was called several times and we were disconnected. A voice message was left. Doors and windows were opened to try to cool the house down. Last day 5. Beach Day with Family & Friends disrupted as members had to stay behind to wait for maintenance to show up and then wait for AC repair guys. Someone had to stay at the house until 1:30 until repairs were done and repair guys left. The AC service reported that the repairs were a quick fix to get us through our stay but that repairs were still needed for the AC unit. Thankfully our last night was Alarm 🚨 Free, however in violation to Texas Property Code, and the AC was working for the first time during our stay. Upstairs fans were reported to have been installed incorrectly missing parts.
