London Marriott Hotel Marble Arch

Excellent customer service!! Everyone went out of their way to welcome us, get us settled in, take care of our needs and set us up with dinner reservations and taxis. Easy location to walk and ride subway and take taxis. Couldn’t be happier! Exceptional room, cleanliness and wonderful hospitality. Breakfast, afternoon drinks and canapés and dinner are above and beyond! Love the attention to detail and staff really show they care and work hard for everyone! We will definitely be back!!!

I was very hesitant to book a room in this hotel because of the reviews. First thing I would say is that customer service is excellent, from the moment we arrived, the restaurant, the bar employees everyone was very friendly and helpful. Yes, the rooms needed an upgrade, the carpets are dirty so bring your flip flops, the beds are comfortable. We really like the location, very nice walking distance pubs and numerous restaurants, the bar at the hotel is great, always busy. I will stay here again.

I had a very poor experience at this hotel and not be coming back. Most of the high-floor rooms, including the one I was upgraded to, rely on noisy portable A/C units — something they don’t disclose upfront, even when you pay extra for an upgrade. Worse, housekeeping repeatedly turned on the portable A/C without checking if it was properly connected to the window. This caused the unit to overheat several times, which felt unsafe and forced me to keep turning it off. Overall, the hotel is in need of serious renovation.
