The hotel is truly exceptional in every sense! It’s beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and its location is simply unbeatable — strategically situated and close to all the key attractions, shopping areas, and dining spots. A perfect stay in every detail. What made the experience even more outstanding was the incredible staff — especially Santos and Imo. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine dedication to guest comfort were remarkable. They were always available, responding to every request with a smile and a positive attitude. Their level of service and respectful manner truly reflect top-tier hospitality. Thanks to them, our stay went from great to unforgettable. They absolutely deserve recognition and the highest recommendation. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in future visits, God willing.
absolutely loved this hotel. Been many times to London but first time at this hotel. It won’t be the last! Why? Great service. Wonderful decor. The Executive Suite was spacious with a very nice marble bathroom. The Executive Lounge was gorgeous with a very nice breakfast. The gym was not huge but bigger than the typical European hotel gym and perfect for me. Mayfair is a very nice location in London.
Stayed at London Marriott Hotel Park Lane from June 2–6 and had a great experience overall! The biggest highlight was the staff — warm, friendly, and truly well-trained. Huge shoutout to the amazing doormen and the team at Lanes Restaurant — they really made us feel welcome. Our room was comfortable and well-equipped, though the headboard had some peeling fabric and there wasn’t much of a view. That said, we appreciated the steam room, nice pool, and well-stocked gym (fresh fruit, towels, and cold water available!). The gym is a bit compact but has everything you need. Our only issue was with the shower layout — the glass panel only covers half, so the bathroom tends to get soaked even with care. Location is perfect, and check-in/check-out was quick and smooth. Overall, we had a lovely stay — the exceptional service from the staff truly elevated our experience. If I could rate the staff 10/5, I would!
