This hotel was beautiful, will absolutely return! The staff was amazing, and the room was very clean and modern. Loved loved loved this hotel! The attached restaurant is also amazing. Valet parking available for $70 a night. Elevator took a second to learn but felt more safe access wise.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The view from our room was breathtaking — we couldn’t stop looking out the window! The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel itself is just gorgeous — everything feels elegant and cozy at the same time. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful, always with a smile. Breakfasts were super delicious and delivered to our room so fast — it was such a treat! If we come back to Chicago (and I’m sure we will!), we’ll definitely stay here again. My husband and I were truly happy with our experience. 💛

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city and walking distance to shops, restaurants, and major landmarks. The service is always excellent—friendly, professional, and attentive. Whether I’m in town for business or a weekend escape, this hotel delivers every time. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a perfect mix of comfort, views, and prime location.
