Breakfast: If you value a healthy, fresh breakfast with plenty of variety, your expectations will definitely be met, we were truly impressed with the breakfast. It’s not like in other mass-market hotels where you get a standard English breakfast and 100 artificial cakes. Room: Everything was great – clean, with a nice balcony. Sometimes the cleaning ladies could have a better eye, because there was a bit of hair as we checked in in the shower. Overall, it was a very pleasant and quiet stay; you could really relax. The spa was also solid, with a warm and cold pool, hamam and normal sauna, not overcrowded due to the booking system, we just had to tell them we want to use the spa in 1 hour. For people looking for excitement or a lively hotel bar in the evening, this might not be the right place. Alvor town for restaurants was 15-20 min foot walk away. 5 mins with car. I would have wished that the personal at the breakfast would tell us directly that we can order coffee, matcha etc. Because it is included. Moreover some of the personal was nicer than other. We really loved it! I would personally rate it as a 4-star hotel, as I think a few things are still missing for it to be a full 5 stars.

Actually it is not a 5 stars hotel at all its okay but not great Breakfast was okay, not so many selections, didn’t like the cold cuts but the fruits was so good The spa is below average, we have to call them half hour before to book and it’s only one hour slot, the jacuzzi wasn’t working probably and one day the sauna was completely turned off And what really is very upsetting that they have a very nice pool with great view and it’s not heated!!!! The water was so cold even in 22 sunny weather Overall it’s not bad it’s okay but didn’t match our expectations

It’s obvious that the 5-star rating was awarded solely because of the infrastructure – the rest of the offering and the service were clearly overlooked. Our room was very spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. The view was okay. However, since the hotel presents itself as a 5-star establishment, I’m rating it accordingly – and it falls far short of that standard. Weak service, unprofessional reception, and a laughable breakfast buffet. Very disappointing. Only consider booking if you get an exceptional deal – otherwise, stay away.
