I never want to leave this hotel. The level of comfort and safety I feel here traveling solo is notable. The property is gorgeous. The staff is top-tier. The food is fresh and delicious. I feel like royalty in my room! The pool area is lovely. I also got some spa and clinical treatments that were quality and professional. I will definitely return in the future.

Amazing hotel with some excellent service. Hotel is new and it shows as its in excellent condition. It feels like a real break from the normal big chain hotels. Staff couldn't have been friendlier and when we did have a couple of room problems they were fixed quickly. Location is good, the road can be busy, which is noticeable from the one side of the outdoor pool but otherwise the sound is lost and certainly not heard from the rooms. Views are stunning. Local walks are great. Don't bother with public transport as an uber trip to town is 6 euros and 30 euros to the airport.

Sorry to say this but….could really be so much better, the hospitality side of here needs work. Maybe when we arrived which was a Friday at 18.30pm but no welcome. Room was lovely but no obvious room services. No mini bar, no welcome drink, no fruit or chocolate, nothing. Two coffee pods only that’s the limit. Twice visited the spa but no staff down there. Ended up not booking anything which was a real shame it looks great. Stayed in the main building, my wife walked down one afternoon and saw the guy behind reception asleep. Restaurant has no bar which is odd. All staff seem to congregate behind what was once a bar. Also no wine list offered, you have to actually ask if there is one, which confused every person in the restaurant, not that there were many. Literally 6 covers the busiest we saw it. Food not too bad but menu needs some work. Staff I assume are asked not to speak to you very much. Breakfast is buffet but no one actually shows you to a table or tells you what you can order above the buffet. We were not the only people experiencing the same. Very odd and such a shame it would lovely if the service and services were better. Departed Monday morning, the lady on reception when we left was very good to be fair.
