You have to walk a bit to the center on the beach. But the peace of this hotel is worth it. There is something to do when the weather is good, entertainment by the pool all day long. The entertainment is for adults and for children. Cheerful service always helpful. Inside you can play billiards, table football and air hockey. I can recommend this hotel to families with children and for those who like peace and quiet on vacation.
Even though I didn't stay at the hotel, I couldn't resist sharing how incredible the atmosphere was! Every time I walked past on my way to the beach, the music was fantastic and the energy was contagious! The animators were fantastic and had people dancing in the pool! My friend and I couldn't help but join in the fun as we walked by! We danced and sang too 😂😍😍 Such a great atmosphere! Loved it so so much!
Rooms: Service: mostly not talking English. Ignorant to any problems I reported. Service in bar playing loud inappropriate music. Whenever asked to prepare any drink they seemed very bothered. Animators: good, but got repetitive, every day they’d do the same thing. Hotel right next to them had the best entertainment. Every night they had different program etc. we could only watch and envy from the other side of the road. Neighbourhood: sometimes very loud especially at night. If your with kids make sure you have a room facing the pools. Location: the best so far. Very close to the beach. Though, you had to pay for renting the chairs and sunshade. Sunny Beach, seemed like very nice place at first sight, but it’s all covered in those mini-markets offering cheap stuff you often find on Aliexoress or Temu. With one difference, they charge -5x more if not more. I was very sad that this was also in Burgas. I was expecting some markets offering Bulgarian food but no they just re-sell cheap Chinese stuff.. very disappointed
