Hotel is nice, maybe little bit on expensive side, but it's already up to you to judge the value. Extremely close to airport, not that far even if walking. Clean rooms, great staff and good breakfast. Area around hotel not the most exciting.

It could have been a nice hotel, if not for the total disaster at breakfast. I haven’t seen such an epic failure of hospitality management in years. Two hardworking but untrained young girls were running around helplessly with no visible results. There were no cups, no glasses, no food, no bread — just plenty of dirty dishes left on the tables. The photos were taken one hour before breakfast ended. Enjoy.

Here’s the revised review with stronger emphasis on the rude reception staff and the lack of individual room temperature control: ⸻ Unfortunately, my stay at Loop Hotel in Vilnius was a very unpleasant experience. The biggest issue was the completely misleading and dysfunctional air conditioning system. Despite what the hotel advertises, there is no individual room temperature control. The temperature can only be adjusted centrally for the entire hotel, which means you have no control over the climate in your own room. As a result, some of my colleagues’ rooms were freezing cold – they had to use the TV and hot shower water just to warm up. Meanwhile, other rooms were unbearably hot, making it almost impossible to sleep. When I raised this issue with reception, I was told to “just open the window” – which wasn’t an option because of the constant traffic noise from outside. What made the experience even worse was the very unfriendly and unhelpful reception staff. Their attitude was dismissive and completely lacking in basic hospitality, making us feel unwelcome throughout our stay. To top it off, the breakfast was poor – limited selection and low quality. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel. If you expect comfort, a functioning climate system, or even just decent customer service, you’ll be disappointed.
