Our stay at Château Chantore was truly a fairy tale experience! The château itself is a masterpiece, seamlessly blending 18th-century elegance with modern comforts. Our suite, with its breathtaking view of Mont Saint-Michel, was a dream. The interiors were meticulously restored, and the collection of period furniture, artwork, fine china, and sterling serveware belong on a museum. Exploring the expansive grounds was a highlight, wandering through the park, we encountered swans, peacocks, horses and even a giant tree. The tranquility of the surroundings provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation. And Bernard! what can we say? You're magical. The Willy Wonka of Chantore! Always appearing when needed, always with a solution or a smile. Every recommendation you shared, from local dining gems to hidden cultural treasures, was absolutely spot on. We truly felt like we were exploring Normandy through the eyes of someone who knows and loves every inch of it. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. Elegance, warmth, and beauty! We had an exceptional stay in this 18th-century chateau in the countryside. Owners Inaki and Bernard have created a very special place that celebrates their passion for art, sculpture, and antiques. The surrounding property is breathtaking, and walking through the trees and gardens is a must! Breakfast was superb and served by the welcoming hosts. Don't miss this unique gem!

The castle sits excellently about 30mins away from Mt. St. Michel. It was fairly easy to get there. The room was impecable and comfortable. The bed was comfy, baths were modern and the service was exceptional. Breakfast was yummy, the garden was magnificent and honestly we felt happily lost in a fairytale of the 1800s. Bernard was an impecable host. Very friendly, knowledgeable and super pleasant. It was a great experience and we definitely recommend to nature and castle lovers. Restaurants, shopping, necessities and beach only 10-15mins away. Scenery of the area and the Chateau was itself was more than we could ever express in words.
