The location of this property is absolutely perfect, being within walking distance of both cities. We were there for Bastille and viewed the incredible fireworks from the front gate - spectacular! The pool is not huge but decent enough for a large family - facilities are not necessarily luxurious but more than adequate for a very comfortable stay. Any minor issues were sorted out very quickly. The property has great character and we are just back from a second visit - that surely is the ultimate verdict. You cannot beat this location - it is perfect.
We had a fabulous holiday in L’oree de la Cité in August. There were 15 in our family group and the houses were just perfect - plenty of indoor and outdoor space with a gorgeous pool. The bedrooms and bathrooms were finished to a very high standard and we enjoyed many happy evenings on the large terraces. The location was excellent - a 10 minute walk to the gates of Carcassonne castle and also within walking distance of shops bars and restaurants. Cathy was available at all times if there was any issue. Overall our experience was excellent.
