Spent 10 days here with my family and we all had an amazing time, the resort staff was very friendly always smiling and provided us excellent service. Golf course was very nice. We played nine hole a couple of times. The restaurant and room service were also excellent, The pool area is very quiet and very relaxing, overlooking the golf course.10 minutes from the beach and 15 min from down town marina. Highly recommended it for anyone looking to truly relax We will definitely be back in a couple of months.

Stayed with my family in one of the older rooms. A few hours after we checked in we noticed the AC was not working. The phone in the room to call the front desk did not work so we walked over the front lobby and no one was there. We waited a few hours and finally a gentleman came to the desk. He said he would call maintenance and to return to our room. The maintenance man showed up and after much back and forth he said he couldn't fix it and to call the front desk to ask to be moved to another room. We walked back to the front desk and spoke to the same guy asking to move our room. He said there was nothing available and to come back in the morning. We went back to our room and turned on the kitchen taps and water started leaking out from underneath the kitchen cabinets. We had to use all the towels to soak up the water and ran to the front lobby. The maintenance guy returned and turned off the water to kitchen and bathroom so we had no tap water. This was beyond unacceptable. A few hours later we heard LOUD music and directly across from our condo was a huge concert stage. The music started at 8:00pm and ended at 3:00am. We did not get any sleep. We went to the front desk in the morning and insisted to speak to the manager. We were told she was in her way and to wait in the lobby. While we waited in the lobby we observed several guests coming to complain about issues with their condos. After waiting for 4 hours the manager showed up and took another 2 hours contacting maintenance and explained that they wouldn't be able to fix the plumbing so would move us to the room next door. We said we wanted to be moved to another building away from the music stage (which was a 3 day concert). We moved into the newer building. The front of the stove was hanging off and the fridge smelt like something died inside. We went back to the lobby and spent another 2 hours waiting to speak to the manager. She said she would send maintenance and replace the fridge. We went to the pool to cool off and noticed that there was a white film around the pool edge and could not smell any type of chlorine which we thought was strange. The restaurants were empty. Other guests we spoke to said the food was terrible. We went off the resort to buy some groceries and eat as we questioned the cleanliness of the restaurants We spent the next day driving to Todo Santos. On the way back we checked the weather to see that there was a Cat 2 🌀 expected to make landfall the next day. We immediately went to the front desk to adl if there was any emergency plan for guests and were told no. The roads would be flooded, no power, no on-site service for restaurants or rooms. We packed up and rescheduled our flights to fly out that night This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed. Management were beyond disappointing. We will not return and do not recommend.

I was disappointed by my stay here. When I checked in, I asked the front desk person if we can be switched to a different room because of noise. He said he had no other available room at the time. There was no offer for an upgrade (I would have happily paid more for a different type of room if it meant to be further away from construction and/or the lobby area). We were there for 7 nights and they never offered us a different room should people check out of a quieter room. In addition to noise, our rooms bedroom ac did not work and we had at least one plug and one lightbulb that did not work. Would not come back here again.
