This place is completely underrated! We had a better time here than 5⭐ Sports Illustrated Resort in Cap Cana Marina. We received an upgrade due to our previous experience and the staff is ultra accommodating. Super nice employees. The location is right on the water. Cold AC, Cold mini fridge and comfortable beds. Consider this place if you are undecided. It's quaint, quiet with restaurants and stores only steps away.
I enjoyed my stay at Los Corales! We stayed here for a night before heading to our all-inclusive for 6 days. I enjoyed the office staff; she was very friendly! We enjoyed the pool area and the short walk to the beach! Our room had a balcony, which we enjoyed. It is no 5-star hotel, but we enjoyed all it had to offer! It was a short walk to a happy hour restaurant, and other little dining and souvenir shops. I felt safe walking the streets!
Cons: Los Corales beach village has a long way to go in terms of being a great hotel. You can tell there is a lot of renovations and construction happening that I would wake up to early in the morning. It seems to be under staffed but that is probably changing soon. The beds are hard as a rock. Other than the pool and beach there are no other amenities. The plumbing and water heating isn’t the greatest. The room WiFi was kinda awful and a Ceiling tile literally fell during our stay. Pros: If you’re on a budget this is your place to go! It is extremely affordable compared to many other resorts in your area. It is right on the beach. You can’t beat the amazing location. The hotel manager was amazing. I don’t remember her name anymore but she was a woman from Portugal. She took care of all our needs and made us feel 100x more comfortable with our stay.
