Very nice oasis of a place in the middle of a busy commercial area. Staff are very friendly. We had an issue with the rate. They changed the price on us after we arrived but we got them down closer to the rate they quoted us. It left a bad taste for that experience but otherwise very good.
This hotel has so much potential. The outside is very beautiful by the service and rooms are horrible. No hot water. No WIFI access, a very small tv that didn’t work. One employee refused to show me my room. Not sure how it gets som many great reviews.
Cold showers with zero pressure, dirty curtains, terrible food service, what can i say this was overall one of the most disappointing stays ive ever had. I do not recommend nor would I ever visit again.
