Lotte City Hotel Mapo

My stay at Lotte City Hotel exceeded all expectations and truly made my trip unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the level of service and hospitality was impeccable. The staff greeted me warmly with genuine smiles and made every effort to ensure I felt welcome and cared for throughout my stay. Every interaction was professional, kind, and thoughtful — it’s clear that guest satisfaction is their top priority. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained and immaculately clean. The lobby is elegant and inviting, with a modern design that creates a sense of both luxury and comfort. My room was spacious, quiet, and perfectly appointed, with every amenity thoughtfully provided to make my stay comfortable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the linens fresh and crisp, and the bathroom sparkling clean. I was also impressed by the hotel’s convenient location, which made it easy to explore the city while still enjoying a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere when I returned. The attention to detail, from the decor to the cleanliness to the overall ambiance, was truly impressive. This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and it made my trip even more special. I can’t recommend Lotte City Hotel highly enough — whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, it’s the perfect choice. I look forward to returning and staying here again in the future.

Hotel is located right above train station, very convenient for traveling even to and from the airport. Room sizes are reasonable for the price I paid. However, the room supply is really bad. First time I experienced a Hotel providing paper cups and no proper toiletries except for bathing gel and shampoo....😑

Room does not come with plates, and they will not provide you plates to heat up any food. Swimming is not free, gym facilities are good, it's often quiet, and you have it to yourself. Wash Room is a great size, bedroom is ok, not enough room to fully open suitcases. TV just normal channels, unfortunately. There's a lotte premium supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient. The hotel is also located right next to a station, making it easy to go to places.
