Highly recommend Lotte Moscow! Visited with my wife, was spending a fantastic day celebrating our anniversary. Booked suite with access to private lounge. Everything was excellent, including staff hospitality, room, food, SPA, lounge. Definitely will come back soon.

The location of the hotel was really amazing being a few steps away from the infamous Arbat street where you can experience the old and new of Moscow. The hotel is remarkable with its grandeur, service quality and attitude of the team. They made us feel very welcome, safe and the whole experience a delightful one.

From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with a friendly receptionist who provided all the information I needed. The room was absolutely stunning, with elegant decor and breathtaking views. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the amenities I could wish for, including a comfortable bed, a lavish bathroom, and complimentary snacks. I appreciated how easy it was to explore the area, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Overall, my stay at Lotte exceeded all expectations.
