Our stay at Lotte Seattle didn’t start as planned—we were originally supposed to arrive at 11 pm on Friday, but after several delays, we didn’t get in until 5 am Saturday. Exhausted, we discovered we had unknowingly booked an ADA room, and to our surprise, it had no bathroom door. Thankfully, Charles from engineering came to the rescue and managed to set up a screen door for us to use that night. The next morning, Paul, a polite and helpful young man, kindly moved us to another room that better suited our needs. Throughout our stay, the service truly stood out. Arthur at the front entrance gave us great tips on things to do in the city, including a Polish Festival at the Space Needle area. Then on Sunday, Arthur truly went the extra mile (And I mean this literally). He personally drove our group of four—with six pieces of luggage—in the Lotte Lexus to the cruise terminal. He even got the porters to help with our luggage. What could’ve been a stressful transfer turned out to be smooth, comfortable, and stylish. A week later when our cruise ended, we had a late evening flight home. Lotte’s manager, Gary, allowed us to store our luggage so we could enjoy a bit more sightseeing without worrying about the bags. It was such a great convenience for us. Despite a rocky start, the exceptional service and care from the Lotte team made our experience memorable. We’d gladly return and highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Seattle.
Nice hotel in the heart of downtown and close to everything - has a ton of character and art. Super happy I stayed here they even had Lexus we could drive at no charge. Cool rooms cool location good service without the four seasons price.
Just a layover stay because my flight was canceled. The front service staff wasn't helpful. They didn't even try to direct us where breakfast was when we asked, they just pointed to the lounge. So we sat for a while and realized the restaurant was actually tucked back. They didn't even offer or tell my husband about his 20% discount on food so we didn't even get the perks promised for booking this reservation. For such an expensive hotel, they should of been more customer service oriented.
