Great hotel, wonderful staff, rooms were spacious and clean. Location was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel. It delivered on everything we wanted and then some.
The rooms and service are of the highest quality. The attached shopping center has world-class stores and food choices.
I booked a premier executive room with a “fantastic view of downtown Seoul” but felt I got cheated when I was given a room with a view of a wall and a bunch of AC units. I’m happy the hotel got me a better room the next day with additional payment unfortunately but now that I think about it and looked back to my booking, they basically lied to me about the view. They could’ve upgraded me for free as an apology but they didn’t.
