Our stay at Lotte Hotel Seoul was truly exceptional from start to finish. The hotel offers an ideal combination of luxury, comfort, and attentive service that made our experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Lisa at the reception welcomed us with genuine warmth and professionalism. She ensured a smooth check-in and went the extra mile to accommodate our requests with a smile. Special thanks also to Taylor Yi (The Potter) whose hospitality and attention to detail added a personal touch to our stay. His kind demeanor and service left a lasting impression on our entire group. The rooms were elegant and spotless, with all the amenities one would expect from a world-class hotel. The location is excellent—close to major shopping areas and public transport—yet peaceful and relaxing inside. We highly recommend Lotte Hotel Seoul for both business and leisure travelers, and especially for families and groups looking for comfort and top-notch service. We look forward to returning again!

Beautifully luxurious with top‑tier service and elegant rooms. Central location makes exploring Seoul a breeze. Dining options are superb—from gourmet buffets to authentic Korean cuisine. The hotel lobby is very luxury and lobby environment is perfectly comfortable view, but the hotel room 3007 air conditioning is so poor that feeling the heat warm like more than 30 degrees even though was ask the receptionist to check it and not solving, the toilet room can’t be fully closed as well as the bathroom so the water will spill out to the outside floor..overall with this pricing is very worst for me and luckily I just stay here for one night
