An exceptional hotel in the heart of St. Petersburg! The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. The lounge bar served amazing cocktails, and the rooms were spacious, luxurious, and incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend for a perfect stay!
Dreadful hotel and aggressive staff. طعام محرم يقدم للضيف المسلم. 糟糕的商务酒店 वेट्रेस और मैनेजर सहित होटल स्टाफ बहुत ही अमित्र है Margarita Lusova ( Director of Sales ) a liar who tried to cover up the meat served to me for breakfast was not meat. The ingredients of the dish revealed pork had been served. Margarita Lusova is very deceitful. Nazdehda Filippova ( Hotel Manager ) avoids speaking to customers with legitimate concerns. She is very obnoxious. Violeta Ivanschenko ( Guest Relation Manager) extremely unpleasant and dislikes customers to carry business deals in hotel lobby.She sent me a very rude email requesting I use my bedroom to do my quiet business. Our family vacated the hotel especially because the staff are liars and unfriendly; we are in process of legal proceedings. The security are very unfriendly and you will see for yourself.
