The staff were amazing - very kind and helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks to Mrs Erica who was especially welcoming and patient with every guest. Her warm attitude really made a difference. That said, the room facilities are quite outdated and could really use some renovation. Updating the rooms would greatly improve the overall stay. Breakfast was a mixed experience — some parts were nice, but overall it felt average. About 50/50.
Not every hotel experience goes smoothly from the start, but what made this stay stand out was how the staff handled it—especially Ms. Erica I wasn't happy with the first room, and instead of brushing it off, she genuinely listened and made sure I got a room I felt comfortable in. That kind of attention makes all the difference. The rest of my stay was great thanks to her. Friendly staff, good service-glad I chose this place.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but today I’m leaving one for this hotel. First and foremost the parking was too tight. When we arrived on our room, considering the price it’s already a good deal but when we got to our room, the air conditioner wasn’t cooling. We thought it was just because we had just come from outside, but even after we left the AC on and came back hours later, nothing changed. Even the telephone it’s not even working (room 604), whenever we had a concern, we called them using our cellphone. The maintenance guy came and said we had to move to another room. We transferred to another room around 10 PM. When we transferred, it was a connecting room, we can hear the next room. The bathroom was dirty, drainage in the shower area wasn’t sufficient to hold the water, so it flowed all the way into the bathroom. “I hope my concerns and those raised by others are addressed, as I’ve noticed similar comments in other reviews. Improving both the service and facilities is essential to encourage guests to return.
