Our recent stay at Lotus Rise Hotel was nothing short of spectacular, perfectly blending the island's inherent beauty with world-class hospitality. The hotel itself was a tranquil oasis, boasting immaculate grounds, breathtaking views, and beautifully appointed rooms that offered pure comfort. What truly set this establishment apart, however, was the phenomenal staff. Every single team member radiated genuine warmth and professionalism, from the welcoming receptionists to the attentive restaurant servers and housekeeping staff. They consistently went above and beyond, anticipating needs with a smile, offering insightful local recommendations, and ensuring every aspect of our stay was seamless and memorable. Their dedication and heartfelt service created an atmosphere where we felt incredibly valued and cared for, making our Cretan experience truly exceptional.

It deserves five stars for sure! It was renovated last year with another owner, the overall experience was excellent. We appreciated the discretion of the staff, the impeccable cleanliness, the well-equipped and very bright rooms. The breakfast was fresh and varied every day. The entire team is well-trained and customer-oriented. The location is also a big plus – very close to the nightlife area. Highly recommend👌

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 My stay at Lotus Rise Hotel in Crete was absolutely wonderful! A cozy and stylish hotel in a perfect location, just a few steps from the sea. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and always spotlessly clean. You can really feel the care and attention to detail. Huge thanks to the entire staff , incredibly polite, attentive, and genuinely kind people. I’ve traveled to many countries and cities, but I’ve never experienced such warm hospitality before! The breakfasts were amazing , fresh, delicious, with a good variety and high-quality ingredients. Every morning started on a perfect note thanks to this lovely breakfast. One thing I especially appreciated was that, even though our flight was late in the evening, we were kindly allowed to keep the room until the evening , such a thoughtful gesture that made our last day so much more comfortable. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday! We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending the hotel to all our friends and family.
