Lotus Therm Spa&Luxury Resort

We only had a day pas for the pools. We enjoyed very much. Very kid friendly, food available. They will give towels and robes as well. Clean and because entrance fee is quite high the place was bot crowded.

Lotus Therm Hotel in Băile Felix is exceptional—truly one of the best places to stay in the area, especially thanks to its amazing water park. I’ve always admired how polite and attentive the staff are, which really makes a difference in the overall experience. The rooms are nice and comfortable, and the food is very good with plenty of variety. That said, over time, the hotel has started to feel a tiny bit dated. It could do with a little refresh, in my opinion. While everything remains extremely clean and functional, some areas of the hotel and water park show signs of age compared to newer places. I’ve also noticed prices have gotten farely steep over time, so there's that. Despite this, the water park still offers a great range of pools and slides, making it a fun spot for families and anyone looking to relax and enjoy the water. I think it’s still a solid option if you prioritize the water attractions and appreciate friendly service. Overall, Lotus Therm is a reliable choice in Băile Felix, especially if you’ve been there before and enjoy the classic vibe.

Horrible Experience compared to the one I had at the same hotel. 1) Smelly entrance - it's basically an opened construction yard 2) Room temperature is at a steady 27 degrees Celsius 3) Spa scheduling is a bad joke. And yes, you pay for the lousy services they offer there 4) TV in the room is nearly inexistant. 5) TV in the room has tons of burnout spots on the display 6) You will have the same food (breakfast and dinner) every day 7) Dirty table cloths 8) Drill-machine sounds from time to time. Lovely!
