We had a wonderful stay at Lou Pinet. The hotel is lovely, the staff is wonderful, and the dinner at Beefbar is incredible. It’s very nice to be outside of the downtown St. Tropez area, in a peaceful and serene setting. The shuttle into town is very convenient. We are looking forward to staying at Lou Pinet again when we return to St. Tropez!

From the moment we arrived to checking out, the team at Lou Pinet provided nothing short of an exquisite, thoughtful and accommodating experience one would hope for from a 5-star establishment. There were so many thoughtful touches (e.g. they upgraded our room and baked me a cake for my birthday); everyone working there was so incredibly friendly and cheerful; the shuttle services into town were prompt; the rooms were gorgeous, comfortable and quiet. Beefbar was absolutely delicious. Tata Spa was such a nice escape. The pool and hamam were so relaxing. For lack of better words, the place is such a vibe. You have lots of lodging options in St. Tropez, but none are quite like Hotel Lou Pinet. I can’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to stay here when we’re back in St. Tropez in the future.

The hotel grounds are very beautiful and the staff is collectively an absolute delight. Room service came within 10 minutes, typically sooner. The pool is stunning. Unfortunately, the rooms and amenities therein did not meet our expectations for a luxury hotel of their caliber. We booked a suite that was advertised as being able to comfortably accommodate 3 people. The room (room 304 to be exact) was tiny, with barely any room to walk around and the pull out couch/bed being directly in front of the master bed. The room only had 1 bathroom. The WiFi reception is very spotty, so if you need to work during your stay, keep that in mind. The lobby/ indoor portion of the restaurant is where the WiFi is the strongest (logically so). There are a lot of loose stones/ tiles around both staircases going down from the restaurant and lobby, so be careful/ mindful of that. The hotel offers a shuttle service to town and the beach clubs, but be sure to specify where you are going to the staff and driver because depending on the exact location, they may drop you off a bit of a walk away.
