We stayed for 2 nights. In the first night we were surprised to find no a/c, we misunderstood the website and only SOME rooms have a/c. The room had an interesting smell and was dated. We were given 2 fans, as it was a warm day. Both fans running caused the fuse to blow, and it caused damage to one of our chargers. On the second evening at 3 am the fire alarm went off multiple times. We exited the building and at reception asked what was happening. They stated they didn’t know but that we could go back to our room. Another guest who also exited his room stated that he saw and smelled smoke by room 312. Reception said it was safe to go back to the room without farther investigation.

The experience could not have been worse. A rooms had the lingering smell of smoke all around. It was so bad that we could not even stand in the room.. Motel standards are better than this four star hotel. I liked this just sitting in the hotels diner area. Dated today. @google this is not a fake review. This is me sitting in the hotel and typing. I lived in room number 112. My discomfort was already conveyed to the front desk at eight thirty a m in the morning before breakfast. This is substandard at the same time, not a four star hotel. I repeat again, motel standards are better than this. Torn carpets, stained curtains, smoke smell throughout the hotel. Cigarette buds lying at the entrance of the hotel. Unclean tables wild having breakfast. Anyone reading this review? Please comment below if this is a four star hotel standard treatment?

Extremely unsafe for female travelling alone!!! I was recently here for a business trip and it was the worst experience. When I arrived my room smelled of smoke and my bed was made from two single beds stuck together making it extremely uncomfortable. It was extremely humid with no a/c in my room and a small fan that barely worked. Breakfast was just okay but often extremely busy and difficult to find seating. My worst night there was my last night, I had my door locked both with the door lock and metal latch across it, around 1:30AM someone was able to use a keycard to unlock my door and open it. Thankfully the metal latch was across it so they couldn’t fully enter. I never seen anyone at the door as they closed it quickly. I also never lost any of my keycards so I don’t understand how this happened. I’m so disappointed as this was for a business trip. The hotel is also extremely inaccessible for transport as it’s located on the N7 with little to no way to get around if u don’t have a car with you. Never will I stay here again cannot believe this is a four star hotel, worst hotel ever and will never return.
