It's located near the toll gate. It was unplanned staycation and I paid at hotel. After booked, I confirmed to the number attached on Google. The parking area is in front of the hotel lobby or you can park inside the mall parking area. When I first came in to the lobby, The staffs are so warm & full of smile greeting us. The checkin process it self fast and when I went to the room, I got a lil problem, but the staffs are helpfull. The room is quite spacious, every bathroom has bathtub and its clean, the android tv is big, air conditioner is cold enough, the bathroom amenities, don't worry they prepare the hair dryer, safe inside the cupboard, the bed - I fell in love with the bed. Breakfast served on GF besides the lobby and breakfast menu is quite various. The taste, I think better than several 4 star hotel I used to stay. (Tasty not tasteless) Great Job, Chef! For swimming pool, my husband said that the staff will escort you to go there since it is on apartment building. So far, I feel good that I had stayed here.
I just visit this hotel for attendance training at meeting room 2. Nice hotel design and style. The meeting room 2 is good ornament with wooden panel style. Warm atmosphere. Nice support from the staff, thanks for that. The hotel just inside the pollux mall cikarang, from special doors you can entered the mall. Easy to reach by all public transportation to lippo cikarang or jababeka.
Went to the front desk for checking in and found out non smoking rooms were all occupied and the staf gave us smoking room but we rejected as we brought kids. After wait for 15 mnts and we got non smoking room. Breakfast was very limited at 7am, somehow there's no mineral water, no rice, no chicken, no egg, cooked vegetables (at 7-ish!) and the service desk staff then should serve the egg section as chef (she did great to serve guests eventhough her skill was limited). I wonder if some guests who should run to the airport should have limited breakfast time, it's gonna be very dissapointing. Last but not least, the access to swimming room. We should go to service lift to 7th floor and went with stairs to the pool area and surprisingly there's no staff around to guide nor give towel. And there's no depth marker on each pool while many users are children! A 4star hotel? not there yet. Should benchmark to 4 star hotels in Jakarta for some improvement.
