Louis Kienne Resort Senggigi Lombok

Overall experience was 10/10. This hotel is unfinished when it was built. Which us locals knows the story behind it, but it would be great if they do fix with any ongoing building because this hotel is such a great place and in great location. Definitely recommended for short escape from a busy life. The room and staff are great. Pool is amazing too. The food is disappointing but the friendly staff makes it enjoyable!

This hotel suites for you who looking for escape from crowded and loud work daily life. PS : don't forget to buy Lombok's Yellow Watermelon. It's very sweet fruit and watery. Suit so much on your beach staycation trip👍🏻 For Hotel Management, we suggest to : 1. Please clean up room more neat : you need to change bed sheet everyday as we requested, mop the floor of the rooms everyday, because we are always going to the beach daily, so the floor will be so sandy if you don't mop the floor daily as we requested 2. Please prepare breakfast more quantity and variations : you can add more local signatures food (Lombok's traditional food / snacks), Please refill your food quicker 3. Make a rise of your employees that having good attitude and good services. I am personally being very helpful by one of your employee : Mr Imam Saputra from the very beginning of our trip

The hotel has a great view from rooms and pool area, direct beach access. Overall a great hotel. But the room has electric plug only on one side of the bed, only one chair in the balcony which bothered us a little because of which -1 star.
