A Wonderful Stay at Louis Phaethon – Where Guests Truly Feel Like Royalty From the moment we arrived at Louis Phaethon, we felt genuinely welcomed. Ahmad greeted everyone with a warm smile, setting the tone for a fantastic holiday. The hospitality throughout our stay was exceptional – every staff member was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained. Our room was spacious and equipped with all the essentials we needed. Although a few lamps were slightly loose and there weren’t power outlets directly next to the bed, these were only minor details that didn’t impact our stay. What truly stood out was the entertainment – fun, lively, and impressively professional. There was always something exciting happening, making every evening enjoyable. The food was another highlight: delicious, varied, and of high quality. One of the hotel’s big pluses is the convenient bus stop right outside. It made exploring the area so easy, giving us the freedom to travel wherever we wanted without hassle. All in all, Louis Phaethon exceeded our expectations. Dear Katerina and the team, thank you for an amazing 3 days spent at your hotel. Our family of 3 was excited about the water slides, the kids pool playing area, the amount and seriousness of lifeguards as well as the food selection and the premises in general. Having spent time at other AI locations it is also great to see how everything is spread out and is not condensed in a small area which means that even when the hotel is packed it is seem-less to the visitor. The rooms even at 19m2 feel larger than larger rooms we have stayed due to the ergonomical set up. We look forward to returning for a longer stay this time!

We stayed at the hotel in mid-April. The hotel is large and has lots of open areas for children along with 4 swimming pools. The place is clean, tidy and well-maintained. The dining room is excellent. The food is of a high standard. A wide variety of food types. It is always clean and there is a good atmosphere. The desserts are excellent. The staff are very nice and helpful. The normal rooms are not so big but there is a nice balcony and its fine . There is a bus that takes you to the mall and the city center in a few minutes. I highly recommend the hotel. We are already planning our next vacation at this hotel. Benjamin
