We stayed in the hotel for about a week, and everything about the experience was outstanding. The staff are very friendly, helpful and always available. The view from the room (we stayed on the 5th floor) is fantastic. The neighbourhood is quite lively and there are a lot of great restaurants and activities in a walking distance of the hotel. I highly recommend this place if you are considering to stay in Istanbul.

We were offered welcome drinks upon arrival. At the same time, we received recommendations on places to eat, drink, and visit. Our room was upgraded, and from the higher floor, any outside noise was minimal. The room was clean, with a well-stocked minibar. The staff were extremely responsive on WhatsApp, and help us book a fixed price taxi to the airport.

The hotel’s location is reasonable, but unfortunately it’s right next to a bar that plays loud music every night, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Check-in was smooth, but our experience soured at check-out. Our room key was deactivated a full hour before the official check-out time listed in our confirmation email. Overall, we found the atmosphere in the area unfriendly and overpriced. Sadly, this experience has left us with a negative impression—not just of the hotel, but of visiting Turkey in general. We encountered multiple situations where people attempted to overcharge or mislead us, which made us feel unsafe and unwelcome.and if you want to live, don’t take a taxi in turkey they drive as if they intend to make you unsafe. I would not recommend staying at this hotel—or visiting Turkey—unless absolutely necessary.
