Louis St. Elias Resort & Waterpark

We stayed for a full week with our three children and had an amazing time! The housekeeping service was excellent, the rooms were large and comfortable, equipped with a big fridge and a microwave. The pool service was outstanding – we received free drinks all day, including cold bottled water. There is a large swimming pool, three fun slides for children, and a separate area for toddlers. The food was fine, but overall, we really enjoyed our stay and give the hotel a high rating. The hotel assistant manager flouris was extremely kind and attentive to every request, and the lifeguard, Dimitri, was very polite and friendly. A truly excellent hotel!

Amazing place that is outstanding in every department. The food is world-class and the staff are the friendliest people on earth. I might suggest the rooms could potentially be better, the little snack bar could have club sarnies but that's irrelevant, this place is fantastic. The pool... could be cleaner but not complaining, it's not crowded and after it does get cleaned, its spotless. Book this place now for a simply amazing holiday. Big shout out to the entertainment staff too, Hazel, Ryan and co are outstanding. Miss this place so bad

Outstanding turnaround – a truly five-star experience! We initially had some serious issues with our first room (room 41), especially with the bathroom facilities, and were understandably frustrated. However, what truly sets a hotel apart is how it responds to problems – and in this case, the hotel management exceeded all our expectations. After raising our concerns several times, the hotel manager personally met with us and offered us one of the best rooms on the property, complete with a private pool. The room is absolutely beautiful – modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable. We did not expect this level of care, and we are deeply grateful. Even though it’s only for the last two or three days of our stay, this gesture made a huge difference and completely changed our impression of the hotel. The food is excellent, with a great selection at lunch and dinner, and the drinks are just as good. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, which we’ve appreciated throughout our stay. We now truly feel that this is a hotel that values its guests and is willing to go above and beyond to make things right. That’s rare – and deserves full recognition. We are here as a group of 20 people from 7 families, and we would all happily come back. We now fully recommend this hotel and are happy to give it 5 stars for service, hospitality, and the way they turned a difficult start into a fantastic experience.
