From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with genuine smiles and professionalism. The front desk staff was courteous, efficient, and answered all our questions with patience. They even helped us upgrade our room with no hassle. Truly a five-star experience at reception!
Good rooms, especially the staffs Sandra and Wilson are very polite.
asked for a corkscrew for wine, they replied that we had to pay money (supposedly they didn’t have one) despite the fact that the price for the room was 35 dinars
